The African Queen, who has been breeding birds
for over 15 years and has an aviary in Florida, breeds only
the African Species. Her first love is working with the pairs
and allowing them to choose their own mates, thus assuring the
well being of the pairs. With the parents being so compatible,
the caring and tenderness is extended to the chicks. Chicks
are well fed by secure calm parents, which never show anxiety
or stress. In this atmosphere, calm, steady, and trusting
babies are raised for future pet owners. Each chick is
treated as an individual so your new baby will provide you
with years of pleasure. Jean has demonstrated, with her work
in local clubs as well as bird clubs on a National level, in
lecturing, and writing articles for many of the major
publications, that her total commitment is to the
birds.
Jean devotes many hours in educating and helping
with research in PDD and Save the Cape. Her greatest hope is
that this horrible disease, PDD will soon be a thing of the
past.

arrived

This CD was recorded from
vocalizations, whistles, clicks and beeps from a
flock of over 50 wild African greys, in the aviary
of the African Queen. African greys are very active
at night and many of their vocalizations were
recorded at dusk, throughout the night, during
rainstorms, and at predawn. $12.95 free

I
highly recommend visiting the site of one of the best
veterinarians in the country. I am not saying this because
she is my vet, it's the truth. The site is very
informative, and from the computer of the vet herself.
