Note : HHTESB provides incorrect stats. GMSR states Action VI has shields. RASB states skeleton crew and 1D shields, meanwhile PP incorrectly states no shields. The Wild Karrde featured increased consumables, 3 retractable starfighter scale turbolasers, sensor mask, increased hull and shield strength, increased sublight and atmospheric speed, faster hyperdrive, hyperdrive backup, nav computer, at a cost of substantially reduced cargo space. EGVV and NEGVV disagrees by stating the Wild Karrde's turbolasers are capital scale. An unnamed pirate Action VI featured improved manoeuvrability, faster sublight engines, stronger shields, and 3 capital scale turbolasers at a cost of a slightly weaker hull. Other stats for this craft are unknown.

The Action VI Transport like the Action V Transport operates in convoys or well patrol areas. Convoy escorts for these ships often consists of Nebulon-B Frigates or corvettes. Like others of its series, the Action VI remains unarmed. Thus, this ship remains an easy target for pirates on the prowl, and like its predecessor, it retains the name of "Inaction" freighter. Interestingly however, their size makes the Action VI difficult to capture. Only due to their extraordinarily inexpensive costs per ton to purchase, maintain and operate do these ships continue existing. This vessel was on the market at least shortly before the Battle of Geonosis, and was still available new at least a few weeks after the Battle of Yavin. The Rebellion possesses very few of these ships, with most of them being obtained through raids. Some freighters have been captured through intimidation alone, in cases where they faced several B-Wings without any TIE support. The freighter crews decided to surrender themselves and their ships to the Rebels, instead of facing destruction. The fins flanking the ship in the aft section are manoeuvring fins.

Action VI Transports such as the Wild Karrde owned by smuggling kingpin Talon Karrde are heavily modified. The Wild Karrde's firepower, extra shielding and reinforced hull plating make it as resilient as a Lancer-class Frigate. Features such as docking bays, medical bays, droid hold and hyperradio comm array have been added. Its sensor mask (or sensor shroud) effectively makes it invisible to casual long range scans, and appear harmless to close range scans. This system also hides the ship's cargo from scanning by making it appear to be something else. It is known that pirates also utilize this design. One unnamed pirate Action VI managed to hold 15 Z-95 Headhunters (most likely Z-95 I3 version) within in its docking bay, in addition to its weapons and boarding party.
