Pool I Round-Robin Game
Snap go for two wights and a heavy load of archers. BoT go for six wights, maximum infantry and light archers. One BoT wight gets tagged by a ghol, and their thrall are nailed by a Snap wight, prompting Case to retaliate with a nice wight on Snap's thrall. While the Snap thrall are elsewhere, BoT charges and crush the Snap center. When the Snap thrall eventually arrive, the Blade of Thorns is waiting for them, too.
Snap goes for three wights, and a medium set of archers. BoT take three wights and two dwarves, with less ghols. Snap try to hunt out BoT's wights, but their ghols get cut down. Both teams send large forces to the north. Snap manages to hunt one of BoT's wights with a ghol, hurting their thrall in the process. Eventually all the wights are gone and the show really begins. BoT crosses the center, and Snap splits their north juggernaut in half to compensate. BoT attacks the north and massacre (in this order) the isolated groups of thrall, archers and warriors. Meanwhile, in the center, Kensai's warriors were getting really sick of Aenima's dwarf. They ran away from his nasty cocktails... right into the teeth of the main BoT force. Snap were quickly exterminated, and it was game over time.
BoT and Snap have lost this film, but I understand the game was 8-3 in BoT's favour.
Match Summary (films)
Blade of Thorns explodes into action after a long period spent basking in the sun (or something). With this match, they declare their intention to become a power in the MWC; we will have to see if they can recover from their slow start.
