OMAG take three wights, whereas Ack goes for their standard ghol bomb trick with a journeyman, wight and dwarf (and ghols, of course). OMAG, unusually, go for a big thrall flank to the west. Ack's ghol bomb comes in and nails four or five warriors in the center, and under cover of flying warrior bits Ack charge their warriors at the enemy. Unfortunately they mistime the arrival of their thrall by a good twenty seconds, and for this time their warriors are without thrall support. Added to this the warriors take heavy fire getting to the enemy in the first place. The result of this nasty equation is somehow a win for Ack, in the infantry battle at least, as they come out with a few thrall and a warrior alive. These troops are quickly mown down by OMAG's archers, but hey! Who cares about the flag?

OMAG take no wights, medium archers and four dwarves (?!). Ack take maximum infantry and, again, the materials for a ghol bomb. OMAG go for a small warrior flank to the south, and the remainder of both armies set up at the center. Eventually Ack got bored and charged the bridge, trying a ghol bomb (a failure) in the process. Their archers charged as well, unusally, being mown down by the OMAG archers before they got within punching range. Meanwhile, the Ack warriors got sandwiched by the OMAG warriors and thrall, and their thrall got massacred by OMAG's three surviving dwarves. An easy cleanup gave OMAG the 6-flag win.

Ack went for a strong center, and OMAG got both flank flags while being forced off their own center flag. They tagged the last flank flag to make four, but their defenders seemed to have a problem with the concept of 'defense', running away and only just in time making it back to the home flag. A final battle erupted, and OMAG were able to hold Ack off long enough for the win.

Hunter of Ack Attack takes on yet another army on his lonesome, and loses this one as well (his one win so far was an upset of major proportions!). One wonders if he just made up names to put on the registration form... :)
