The Violators were founded on the basic tenents of fulfillment through
self-awareness and positive attitude reinforcement. Having all gone
through years of self-esteem therapy, we are very sensitive to the needs
of ourselves and others. One thing that works well for us is to wake up
briskly as our alarm goes off each morning, sit up and bed, and repeat to
ourselves five times out loud "I am improving myself every day. Each
day, I am getting better and better in every way."
If this does not produce the desired effect, we recommend one of the
major, organized religions.
