VISAS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION As part of, 'Complete Travel Management' services our Agency offers to it's clients, for travel, it assists in obtaining Visit/Business visas for different countries where required and permitted, after having given guidance in documentation requirements to be fulfilled by the client. Where Diplomatic Missions do not permit agents, we give information on documentation, fees payable if any and procedure to be followed in submission and collection.
Through our associates, manuals and direct contact with Diplomatic Missions of different countries we have stocked visa forms and created a vast database on visa formalities/documentation requirements for resident Indians to travel abroad. Since at this time there are no Diplomatic Representations in Bangalore, we necessarily have to forward Passports and visa documentation to the nearest Diplomatic Missions in Delhi, Chennai or Mumbai, under whos juridiction the client falls depending on present place of residence. The above service is provided only to those passengers booking their airtickets with us and those of our regular clients who are on our approved credit list. We levy visa fees as charged by the Diplomatic Missions at actuals, courier, conveyance and communication charges at actuals, as well as service charges levied by our associates in obtaining visas. Not just visa formalities and documentation, we also give guidance on procedures to be followed in obtaining Passports, Overseas Medical Insurance, Income Tax clearance, etc; and assist in obtaining them where permitted.
