I get up and battle a day,
  *Ranma and Genma are sparring as they usually do in the morning*
Things don't always go my way.
  *Ranma gets thrown into the pond by his father*

  *Ranma-chan is trudging through the rain*

  *When he reaches the house, Akane is waiting with a kettle of hot
water, smiling*

Sometimes life may get me down,
  *Ranma is flattened by Ryouga's umbrella*

  *All of the Ranma cast stomping towards Ranma, him waving his hands in

Hello!  If you've never heard this song, it's by John Michael
Montgomery.  It's a country song, but it's so sweet!  I don't know why,
but a lot of the country songs I hear remind me of Ranma and Akane.  I've got another song fic and it too, is a country song.  Ah well...
