I have been trying to lose weight for years!  My battle with the bulge began when I was a young girl.  I am very lucky because my family loves me for who I am, not how I look but I am really wanting to lose weight now for health reasons.

My husband got me some diet books for my birthday (which I wanted, thanks Honey!)  and I am going to be starting a low carbohydrate diet.  I am very hoping this will work for me!
