Difficult childhood had given Rev. Master Loong Sang, then known as L.H. Tan the taste of the real world, building a determination and strong will within him. as time goes by, he began looking at life diffrently, desperately seeking for a way out, a new life of his own. After graduating from high school, oung Rev. Master Loong sang who was still in his teens, eagerly joined the work force. 

He started his quest for a new life by working as a waiter, then a shoes salesman, a factory painter and a ticket inspector in a cinema, all of which he had seriously put his effort into but never return him any prospects in life.

Reverend Master Loong Sang then L.H. Tan tried joining the Malaysian Air Force, yet was assigned by the Singaporean Navy which was not his actual interest. Finally he settled for the Royal Malaysian Police Department and spent his 16 years there.

In those 16 years, Rev. Master Loong Sang had risk his life in the line of duty, faced almost all types of danger anyone could ever imagine, encountered all kinds of complications anyone could ever think of. Yet everything he did, he did it for the sake of the country’s security.

Nevertheless, what Rev. Master Loong Sang had been through during those past 16 years is what he had never spoken to anybody about, not even to his closest friends or family.
