Yet, A child of piety sought justice to flow, A hope of freedom began to steadily grow. A child none other grew to resist, The waters of darkness and malevolence adrift, With a fist of certitude, and a head of insight, The child named Link attempted to end the unwelcome plight. With the guide of Zelda, the princess of Hyrule, And a fairy as dazzling as a sapphire jewel, Young Link became dreaded by villains and foes, Aberrant fiends trembled at the sight of the warrior they chose Years passed in uproar, Hyrule lay in pieces at the problems it bore, And Link had awaken as a hero of time, For the bells of death struck with a horrible chime. Blood lay unmasked like rivers untold. And Link risked his life, merely grasping to hold, The Triforce which clenched on King Gannandorf's force, And soon the Day would come... without any remorse. After perilous villains struck death on Link's hands, And passing through journeys of fire, aquatic rims, and veiled sands, Link arrived warily to the Evil King's Castle Where he kept Zelda ensnared as an irrelevant tassel The Day had arrived, The ground shook and cried, Link endured pain and torment, Which Evil King Gannandorf blissfully sent, Brave Link continued to fight, He finally managed to afflict the fiend with all might, With a slash of his sword, and an arrow of light, King Gannandorf howled at his wounds thick of blight. The night became dark, and no sound was heard; Except a bellow of victory deciding the future of the Kingdom of Hyrule......
