And here she is, Applejack!! She looks pretty good for her 15+ years doesn't she?

Here's me, standing in front of some real Cosmos flowers.

G'day everyone.  My name's Cosmos.  You may know my sister, the red and white mail order... well I'M yellow!   And I come from the outback desert of Western Australia where I like to nibble on spinefex, the spiky grass that grows here (which I'll admit is a bit silly but there's nothing else to eat out here!), I also like a good roll in the red dirt :)

I belong to a girl called Belinda, she lives in Perth, the biggest city in this state (and also the capital).

It all started with this one, Applejack, which she received as a Christmas present one year from an aunt (so Apples has the photo spot, my pic is next up).  The next Christmas she got Seashell, the next Bow Tie, Parasol, very soon the Pretty Parlour... she was the pony girl until Christmas 1991 when she got her last pony for that era (The Bride) and was then considered too old for ponies (much to her dismay).  I was given to her by her sister for a birthday, after all I am her birthflower pony.  Another all time favourite is Gusty, which we've recently discovered isn't like most other Gustys, we love her all the same and thinks she's the most beautiful Gusty of all!  With her bright green eyes and glittery symbols.  Anyway, where were we?  Oh yes, so she spent a few more years drooling over ponies in stores and not buying them, then eventually, the ponies disappeared :(  Until! late 1998 she saw NEW ponies in the stores!  They were skinny and shoddily made but heck, they were MY LITTLE PONIES!!  She couldn't resist, she had to buy a few, then she had to buy a few more, until she had all the new ones she could find (which wasn't many because nasty Hasbro decided to play favourites with Europe and the UK).  She also discovered ponies were around in op-shops and there were pages and pages dedicated to ponies and there was a whole NEWSGROUP full of pony obsessed people that she could trade with... so she began her second childhood and managed to more than double the collection in a year, and she's still going...
