so its been a while since i last posted and i know i should have kept up, but i got lazy. Here are the new things going on, on Wednesday(8/10/05) i got my permit to drive, I'm in a defensive driving class so i got a waiver and all i had to do was show up with $20 and a filled out form. Soon i will be sending in a cancel confirmation to 1and1 to cancel my afinley.com account with them and soon, most likely on Wednesday, i will set up my new account with website source. The new site will be just for my music, the cool thing is that the new account can host up to four sites so www.aaronfinley.com will be on there as well and the djbigmanrecords.com site. It should be cool, i really hope they have cool backgrounds and that the intros(if the have them) don't load up slow like at 1and1. Other than that, i have updated my site (aaronfinley.com) a bit, with a new music video, new link. Soon i hope to add more pictures of my trip to the , but i think that might have to wait until after the move. I am also in the market for a keyboard, I'm thinking of getting the M-Audio Oxygen 8, and I'm also getting a new , and a distro of called Damn Small (DSL) which is called that cause the whole operating system is around 50 megabytes and boots off of a pen drive,and its formatted so that anything on the drive will load with the OS, and it can also be run inside of windows XP which is nice.

well its been a while since my last post, ive been real busy, im brainstorming content for my new website soon to be formed (djbigmanrecords.com) i haven't got it yet but i will sometime today. It will have a links page, contact, services, equipment pages, and then a page for artists which like the current dj bigman records home will have a page for me as a rapper and dj bigman. in those pages i will have links to albums for me, and a download page for djbigman with beats and such. I am also experiencing writers block cause i got one song down of finley raps vol.2 but the second song im working on keeps on seeming to me to bee crap, i really hope i can get past this. The release date for Finley Raps Vol.2 has been set at december 16, ive decided that cause after the 16 of august i will have exactly 4 monts to make a cd of 6 content songs, an intro and outro, an online booklet, and press cd lables on it.

Finley Raps Vol. 1 is now complete, I just have to make the sleeve for the cd case, it won't take long as the onley thing on the sleeve will be a picture and tracklistings. Lyrics and other things will be online.

Finley Raps Vol. 1 Update
Well, i have just begun work on the beat for the track "myself", I have also gotten really far into making this track the longest of all the tracks and the best one recorded. I have also decide that there will be no hippo track on my first album, though the idea of making an album of me rapping about my favorite animals has crossed my mind. This will most likely be the case if i can't get/think of enough ideas for a finley raps vol.2. Another idea was to just make a single rap about all my favorite animals and release it as a single or something. All this is still being thought up. All that is set in stone is that after finley raps vol. 1 comes out i will begin to work on a new album.

News for aaronfinley.com: soon i will have some cool picutres from my trip to the Philippines over spring break 05, they should be up in a couple of days.

Well, i have finally decided that i will use the blog service that comes with membership here at tripod. I intend on updating this blog everyday or atleast i'll try to.

Well today, i started working on the online booklet for my upcoming album "Finley Raps Vol. 1", so far i have an about me page, thank you page, lyrics page with two lyrics links posted, and a album conceptualization page made. I am also in the brainstorming stage of the song "myself". Soon i will also get deeper into making the lyrics for "hippo" and the beats for both. I will also soon be making the cover art for the album. It will feature a picture of me with the words "Finley Raps Vol. 1 in an arc in the bottom section of the photo.
