Paul Hans Stehelin


...Paul Hans Stehelin was born in Church Point (Pointe-de-l'Eglise), Digby Co., Nova Scotia and died at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax, 25 September 1989. He was laid to rest with his grandparents...parents...sister Bernadette and uncle "Mo" in Weymouth, Digby Co., Nova Scotia.

ANOTHER HAPPY REUNION - Major Paul Hans Stehelin of Church Point, led the Nova Scotia contingent of rotation leave soldiers arriving in Halifax yesterday. He is pictured here in No. 6 District Depot officers' mess with his sister, miss Agnes Stehelin, nurse at Digby Hospital. Like his father, the late Major Emile Stehelin, Church Point, the West Nova Scotian company commander is well known in this province. Following a month's leave in the district, he will see his wife briefly and meet a baby daughter in England on his way back to the Italian front.
