I received my Rem. 1100 yesterday, and I must say your work exceeded my expectations. I welcome you to use this letter as a reference to potential customers. The gun came to you in bad shape because I had abused it for so long and I tried to cut corners and paint the gun itself. Needless to say camouflaging a gun is not a job for the inexperienced or artistically challenged. I saw very quickly how easy it was to totally destroy a gun by inexperience, and that is why I am surprised your services are so inexpensive.

I could have easily spent $150 on the appropriate tools for the job not to mention my time (about $1000, and I'm not a lawyer). I am grateful that there are sportsman like you who have the skill and kindness to offer your services at a sportsman's budget. You did a spectacular job on the gun, and I would have to say it rivals the finish on commercially camouflaged guns out there. I greatly appreciate the special attention you spent on the cracks and blemishes and fixing all the parts that I destroyed. I can tell that you take great pride in your work and you treated my gun as if it were your own. The gun looks brand new now, and I am excited by the fact that I don't have to oil it down every time I get home from a long hunt and worry about it rusting. Chuck you are a man of your word, from your guarantee of quality to your on time delivery.
