26th September 1958 Friday	My birth or first adoption was not registered, but it seems that I was born in Windhoek, Namibia. It appears that my birth mother's surname is/was Van Wyk. After my birth I was adopted twice by two different couples. I was first adopted by Maritz and then I was adopted by Van Ravesteyn. Till 1961 with Maritz and then from 1963 with Van Ravesteyn. Between 1961 and 1963 I was in foster care of Mrs Swart, address unknown. I was adopted at Brakpan on 23 April 1963 by Van Ravesteyn.
