" Bulgarian Air Charter " is a private airline
registered on 26 June 2000 in Sofia Bulgaria. The airline is operating Tupolev 154 M aircraft that had proven their efficiency
especially in operating international passenger charter flights in Bulgaria .
The majority shareholder of the airline
is a company registered in Germany during 1996. That company is apart of an international holding structure which participates
in the ownership of the Russian based technical centers for aircraft maintenance in Moscow ( Vnukovo ), Kiev and Ufa as well
as owner of the airlines "A- 400 " (registered in Russia) and " Panon Air "(registered in Hungary ). The fleet size of "A-
400 " consists of more titan 20 own aircraft, including 10 Tupolev 154 M , 2 Tupolev 204, 2 IL 76, 2 Antonov 12 , 1 Antonov74,
2 Antonov 26 etc. That significant fleet size and developed structure of registered airlines in different countries guarantees
possibilities for flexibility in aircraft utilization and most high level of technical maintenance.
The airline is
utilizing aircraft whose technical performance fully corresponds to the international standards of airworthiness and meet
the requirements for flight safety and navigation in the European union countries that will come in force effective 2001.
They are certified in respect of Annex 16 Chapter 3 related to noise restriction regulations.
Both the pilots and engineers
are having long - term experience and excellent/light safety records. Some of them are licensed to operate aircraft Boeing
737 and Airbus 320 and had performed their duties in different airlines in Europe and Asia. The staff of " Bulgarian Air Charter"
consists of about 200 employees in high season . All the personnel is having high professional level of knowledge and experience
with Balkan Bulgarian Airlines .
The airline is managed by Mr. Filip Mustakov who is having a long - term experience
both as acting pilot and Director General of Balkan Bulgarian Airlines.
