AUTHOR'S NOTE:

  • One thing people need to understand is that al Qai'da's senior commanders are also top level members of Hamas, al Jihad, Hezbollah, Taliban, al-Gama'a al Islamiyyah and members of the Iraqi and Iranian intelligence services, to name just a few internationally active terrorist organizations and their state sponsors. I say this from personal experience, not from news articles. Thus, looking for al Qai'da's top leadership in Afghanistan is akin to looking for heads of state whose countries are members of the United Nations in NYC.

  • Difficult though this may be for some people to accept, the most likely place of refuge from the wrath of America for the senior members of al Qai'da, including bin Laden himself, is actually inside of the United States of America.

  • We cannot ignore the fact that terrorist groups who hold top leadership positions in al Qai'da have been killing innocent Israeli citizens for years.

  • Not to be outdone by Pakistan and India, Iran added it's contributions to the post cold war "peace dividends" by firing off a ballistic test missile to see where it would land. Israeli intelligence said the missile exploded in mid-flight.

  • Our military intelligence sources have disclosed that Iran's upgraded nuclear weapons arsenal is a threat to the entire Persian Gulf region, including U.S. interests. They also believe that Iran is close to, or already have, ballistic missiles capable of striking targets in Europe.

  • In Pakistan, where the government's Inter-Services Intelligence Agency and the ruling army are competent and tough, the CIA can do little if these institutions are against it. And they are against it. Where the Taliban and Usama bin Laden are concerned, Pakistan and the United States aren't allies. Relations between the two countries have been poor for years, owing to American opposition to Pakistan's successful nuclear-weapons program and, more recently, Islamabad's backing of al Qai'da and other Muslim terrorists in Kashmir. Bin Laden's former presence in Afghanistan as a "guest" of the Pakistani-backed Taliban has injected even more distrust and suspicion into the relationship.

  • In other words, American intelligence has not gained and will not gain Pakistan's assistance in its pursuit of bin Laden.

  • Saudi Arabian officials conceded that up to 25,000 Saudi citizens may have received training at bin Laden's terrorist training camps in Afghanistan.

  • 15 of the 19 suicide airplane hijackers of September 11 were Saudi citizens.

  • Terrorist group Hamas leader claims to halt terrorist attacks against Israel.

  • Arafat claims (token) arrest of Hamas leader.

  • 7000 al Qai'da prisoners are undergoing interrogation by coalition forces.

  • 119 employees terminated from their positions at Portland International Airport for using false documents on their employment applications. 20 Employees arrested at PDX.

  • 227 employees arrested or fired for false documentation at Salt Lake City Airport.

  • al Qai'da (Hamas, al Jihad, Hezbollah, Iranian secret service, Iraqi secret service, al-Gama`a al-Islamiya) has a well established base in the tri-border region of South America.

  • Usama bin Laden discussed eight people in addition to Mohamed Atta as principals in the September 11 attacks on New York City and Washington, DC, including three Saudi Arabian clerics; one who is purportedly a top Saudi Arabian government official.

  • What is needed now from our government, our media and all of our citizens is not an atmosphere of fear, hatred nor malice, but a distinctly clear-headed and unwavering resolution to eliminate the evil of al Qai'da from the face of the earth.

The Little Scroll describes in detail a nearly successful attempt to strike at the heart of America painstakingly planned by Usama bin Laden and other senior members of the al Qai'da terrorist network.  Their intended results were to be the catastrophic destruction of New York City and Washington DC through the detonation of a number of 'dirty' nuclear bombs while simultaneously striking at additional domestic and overseas economic, political and military targets. An integral aspect of this work is the detailed analysis of the activities in the United States of America by Usama bin Laden, al Qai'da's military commander Ayman al-Zawahiri, their former principal base of power and strategist Yahya Ayyash, al Qai'da's director of international operations Abu Zubaydah, the al Qai'da head of European operations Djamel Beghal and numerous other senior operatives leading up to their 'New Era' operation. This work follows the personal contact of the author initiated by Djamel Beghal and the extended  interatcion of the author with these individuals during the final and most critical stages of their operation: The initial arrival and processing of in excess of one thousand pounds of plutonium 238, followed by the successful smuggling of ten nuclear bombs into the US, and the subsequent transportation of a number of these bombs with well in excess of five hundred pounds of additional PU 238 from the Pacific Northwest towards their intended targets in the political,  military and financial centers of the United States; Washington DC and New York City.

Al Qai'da is a consortium of secret intelligence agents from sponsoring Middle Eastern governments and top-level members of over a half-dozen internationally active terrorist organizations of Middle East origin. It is well known among intelligence analysts that these same organizations each receive between three and four hundred million dollars per year not only from known terrorist sponsoring states such as Iran, Iraq and Syria, but that they also receive substantial funding from countries widely thought to be allies of the US in the war against terrorism, such as Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, both of whom have supplied funding to al Qai'da. Al Qai'da has received extensive support from the intelligence agency of Pakistan, including their complicity in basing over one dozen terrorist training camps on Pakistani soil, providing them with safe haven within their country, safe transit into and across Pakistani soil, providing them with intelligence information to ensure their safety and by denying intelligence information concerning those terrorist's whereabouts to other countries.

The attacks of September 11 were not to be the finale but were actually only a fraction of a planned series of precision strikes simultaneous directed at strategic targets to be carried out not only within the US, but also striking U.S. and European political, military and financial targets overseas.

We are facing an extremely well funded global operation carefully planned over a period of decades to conduct an extended war incorporating unprecedented brutality against innocent civilians designed to crush the spirit and the will of the people towards the goals of al Qai'da and their cowardly Middle Eastern government supporters to emulate their success in the destruction of the USSR by the complete destruction of Western Civilization.

If you have any concern whatsoever of the deadly threat still facing not only the United States but threatening the survival of Western Civilization
