 One of my most embarrassing moments happened at school. I was in 11th grade. I borrowed my older brother's car (who owns this page) because I had to leave school early to go to an orthodontist appointment. My Dad taught at the high school I attended. I left school to go to my appointment and realized I forgot to get some money from my Dad. I was in a big hurry. I turned the car around and drove back to the school. I parked in front of the school building facing all the windows in the teacher's parking lot to make my stop quicker. The parking lot had a cable that was about 2 feet off the ground and it went around the lot. Instead of taking the extra time to walk to the walkway, I took a run and jumped over the cable. To my most embarrassing surprise, the heel of my boot caught the cable and I went flying and landed on my stomach. Luckily, I didn't mess up my face. Having the "cat-like" personality, I quickly jumped to my feet and walked quickly and painfully to my Dad's class, acting as though nothing had happened. I don't know haw many people saw me, since the school windows are tinted. But that was definitly one of my most embarrassing moments and from then on, I stayed clear of the cables! Written by: Elise
