 Pasta all'ubriaca - Drunk Hard Pasta

Ingredients

  Drunk hard Pasta Qty for: 4 Time: 20 minutes Difficulty: easy Ingredients Pasta (big size): 400 g. (14.10 oz.) Parmesan cheese (grated): 50 g. (1.80 oz.) Sausages: 2 Brandy: ½ glass Salt

Preparation

 Skin the sausages and brown them in a pan, without any sauce. Mix with a wooden spoon and cook on a low fire until sauceforms. Add the brandy and cook for other 5 minutes. In the meanwhile, prepare the pasta al dente in boiling salt water. Drain and flavour with the sauce, sprinkle with the grated parmesan and serve at once. Good appetite Enio _
