As a prelude, we are immediately prepared to effectthe transfer of $35,500,000.00 (thirty five million, five hundred thousand dollars) into any foreign accounts of your designation trusting that you will not betray us. The remaining balance of $44,500,000.00 (forty four million, five hundred thousand dollars) shall be transfered similarly after the successful implementation of this transaction. This is in keeping with governmental ceilings set on foreign transfers from Nigeria. You have been well recommended through the Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and other Western investigative bodies we have engaged for this purpose. Should you be agreeable to participate in this transaction, upon the successful transfer of the US$35,500,000 aforesaid the total amounts will be shared in the following per centum ratios : 1. 30 per centum to you for the use of your foreign accounts. 2. 60 per centum to our committee members to be paid to accounts to be designated at a later date. 3. 10 per centum will be set aside for ncidental expenses to be incurred pre, during and at the end ofthe transaction. Be reminded that this transaction is to be treated and handled in the strictest confidential as it could result the termination of employment and subsequent criminal prosecution of highly placed government officials.
