The Fifth House is concerned with things which give us pleasure, such as holidays, play and courtship. It is concerned with romance, but not so much with marriage, which is covered by the Seventh House.
It is also linked to risk-taking, gambling and speculative investments. In addition, it is associated with creativity children.
Apart from the connection between chance and creativity, this is a bit of a mixed bag. Planets in the Fifth House indicate those energies which can be used creatively; while Saturn in this part of your chart could lead to a block in creativity, and possibly an over-serious disposition which limits original thought.
