Project Duration:               (April 2005 – Till date    )

 

Project Description & Role: (Team Lead, Team Strength 3 Persons) Part of the full-fledged IT team of      MARAFIQ. Presently working on projects such as SAP MM authorization assignments and SAP Unicode upgrade (ongoing). I have worked on various developments in MM, PM, BW, ISU CCCS such as BW Extractor for PM Confirmations, BDC for Creating and Changing Maintenance Plans for PM Module, Creation of new PO, Price Agreements and RFQ Layouts, Reports for the Stock Yard Materials Rejection (Movement Type 104) for MM, Worked on various Exits for assigning the Document type for PR while releasing the Work Order. In ISU CCS I have create reports for Meters Undergone Rotation ,Multiple module-pool and BDC’s for ISUCCS-FICA and HR integration such as posting of Billing Invoices data into HR for Salary deduction of employees and then Posting the Deductions into FICA.Complex Smart forms for FI Payments. Created upload program using BAPIS for create and change of Functional Location and Equipment. I also had the opportunity in working on multiple ALV Reports for SAP Workflow.

Project Duration:  3 days (April 2005 )

 

 Project Description & Role: Developed ALV Reports for SAP CIN and IVL Excise related requirements. The Reports mainly fetched data relating to Excise invoices from CIN and its corresponding payments received in FI.

Project:                                   SAP & OptiTrade Implementation

Project Duration:  2.5 Month (January- March 2005)

 

Project Description & Role: (Team Lead, Team Strength 6 Persons) Development and Coordination activities of SAP Implementation(MM) along with  Imports and Exports Add on Customizing Tool of IVL (OptiTrade) for Voltas India Ltd, Mumbai. Work involved developing Custom Reports for MM, SD, & FI Modules such as the Landed Cost Sheet, Materials Tracking registers, Letter of Credit Registers etc. I was also involved in Implementing and developing an integrated system, which took input from the various levels of the SAP SD and MM such as integration with Purchase Orders, Inbound Delivery, and making automated GL Postings.

Work also involved discussions with the users for providing solutions in the areas of Imports, Exports, Excise, Insurance and Forms Tracking. Major work was on the implementation of Imports module of OptiTrade. Developments included customization of OptiTrade Imports, Module-Pool, MIS reports, SAP Scripts and User training.

Project:                                   OptiTrade Implementation

Project Duration:  2.5 Month (November-January 2005)

 

Project Description & Role: I was part of the Implementation team at Bhusan Strips and Steel Ltd, Gazhiabad along with Seimens Ltd. Work mainly involved new developments and enhancements for MM and SD Modules, Developed reports for vendor evaluations based on quotations, Reports to show steel entitlements based on the batch characteristics from the Quotation. Report to list materials that are still in GR Blocked stock waiting for specific actions from concerned parties(103 &105 movement type). Made numerous changes in the PO Medruck form. Also Created forms for the LC application and various other letters issued to Banks.

Developments also included creation of Module-Pool, MIS reports, SAP Scripts.

Project Description & Role: The job involved taking trainings for a batch of 45 employees of IVL India Pvt. Ltd. in Data Transfer (BDC and LSMW).

Project Duration: 1 Month (October-November 2004)

 

Project Description & Role: (Team Lead) Developed new module for DD/TT (Demand Draft and Telegraphic Transfers) application creation and Tracking. The module involved integration with SAP FI for automated G/L Postings (BDC) and also integrated with SAP MM w.r.t. to PO. The entire system was designed and implemented using ISO 9001 Standards. Development involved extensive usage of Module-pool programming, ALV Reports, BDC’s and SAP Script and OLE’s. Work also involved user training.

Developed new modules and reports with extensive usage of Module-pool programming, ALV Reports, BDC’s and SAP Script. Work also included extensive Discussions and Consultancy for DRL with respect to the Export Import Domain.
