Camilli's father, Dolf, starred as a homer-hitting first baseman in the NL and won the 1941 League MVP with the Brooklyn Dodgers, but Doug couldn't match his father's bat. The high point of his nine ML seasons as a reserve was catching Koufax's 6/4/1964 no-hitter (Koufax's 3rd).
