2001 Highlights:
Hit .283 for Dunedin with team highs of 27 doubles, 12 home runs and a .453 slugging percentage... Also collected 66 RBI... His .283 average was ninth in the Blue Jays organization... Was selected as the Florida State League (A) All-Star catcher... Posted a .979 fielding percentage and threw out 55.7% (49 of 88) of would be base stealers... Selected to play in the FSL All-Star Game... Hit in 11 straight games from May 21 to June 2... Had a season high four RBI on two occasions, one being June 10 when he hit a grand slam at Brevard County against Omar Ortiz... Also collected four RBI on July 30 vs Fort Myers... Hit .324 in July...
