Ultimate Grand Slams

Through 2002 there have been 12 players, three of which have been catchers who have hit the most dramatic of all grand slam home runs called an Ultimate Grand Slam Home Runs. This is the home run that comes in the home team's final at bat with two outs and trailing the visitors by three runs. This is a very rare occurrence having happened only twelve times in major league history.
