Thomas Todd came from England to Norfolk Co. VA., 1637; m. and had Thomas Todd of Gloucester, Robert Todd, and William Todd. Son Thomas m. and had Richard and Major William Todd who married Martha Vicars.

references a "…certain tract [of land] adjoining Town of Fallmouth, being part of patent formerly granted to THOMAS VICARS & afterwards to MATTHEW [Martha} VICARS his daughter, who in 1748, by the name of MARTHA TODD sold same…"
