A LADY'S SECRET...
What secret can a lady have? You may not want to know!

read on.
I was born in may of 1976, to a young couple in a small town i shall not mention. I led a fairly happy, storybook
kind of life until about 8 years old. It was at this point when i discovered something about myself that I didn't understand.
I lived with this for a long time.
I tried to consult my parents, but they insisted there was 'something wrong' with me.
I felt like i was a shame to them. I kept this 'dirty little family secret' until i was 21. The 'secret' cost me more than
one relationship, and I was in a state I now know as 'dysphoria'- a severe state of unrest, and a general feeling of
unhappiness.
It was then that a very close friend convinced me to do something about it. So a year later I moved to Salt
Lake City, Utah to do just that. I was about to change the course of my life forever.
On febuary 12th, 2001, I died and
was reborn...
Not in a hospital, or church, but in a courthouse!
You see, I am a Transgendered Individual. I was born
a female within a males body. A condition known as Gender Identity Dysphoria. Life has not been easy, nor do I expect
it to be, but with good friends, I'll make it through.
