Believe in Fairy Tales is offering a one of a kind (OOAK) Nature fairy, ChaKota.
This tiny fairy loves the forest where she dwells, she often finds a peaceful place to set and ponder. Today she has found a beautiful soft little mushroom just to tempting to pass up. As she flops down a tiny head pops out to greet her and begins to chatter on and on. ChaKota had always heard that mushroom people were little mag pies, and this one was no exception! No pondering for ChaKota today...she won't be so easy lurded next time!!
ChaKota has been meticulously sculpted by hand by Darla Hilton, without the use of any molds. She is equivalent of an 4" doll. Total display is 4" wide, 4" deep and 6" high. She has red Tibetan lamb hair. She has handmade eyes that were painted in shades of green then inserted before sculpting her face then framed with very fine hair eyelashes and eyebrows. Her beautifully detailed body has been sculpted over a strong wire armature. Her flesh colored skin has been left unpainted with only a touch of blush for a natural realistic appearance. She has meticulously sculpted tiny individual fingers and toes with nails. Her wings are made with mixed media material, they are transparent, and sparkle beautiful colors. They can be gently posed. Wings are removable for shipping and storing purposes.
The mushroom display was hand sculpted, the tiny mushroom face is only 3/4" high, I added faux moss for the finishing touch.
This piece has alot of charm all its own.
This fairy will come with a pictured and signed Certificate Of Authenticity signed by me, Darla Hilton.
