Meetings of the group are hosted by participating schools two or three times each year. Events to date have included Primary Literacy Inset at ISB; Mount Kinabalu climb hosted by Seri Insan, Kota Kinabalu; Rainforest Music Festival hosted by Tunku Putra and Lodge International Schools in Kuching. 

Future events include Permai Camp visit in October 2003 hosted by Lodge, Kuching, Model United Nations style conference hosted by ISB in February 2004, Mulu Caves hosted by ??, September 2004.
