Of course there was the ever popular giggle, avoid the camera, and claim you can't serve move. It was used to great advantage by Elizabeth who personally scored a number of Aces. Now back to you Smile! :-D
Thanks Big. Now here are some great shots of our local big guys once again demonstrating to their full ability that...
...white men really can't jump. :-)
Now at times there was some confusion as to how a certain situation ought to be handled. For instance, these players were somewhat confused about what to do when the ball came over their side. Note this picture has not been altered in any way, the ball had a giant red arrow attached to it that the coaches hoped would clear some things up. :-)
Now lets throw it over to Miss Curly Smile for the post-game report. :-)
Well Smile, there was some argument after the game about what the score was. :-}
But that was quickly ended when the food came out. Despite some fears that the players had about eating barbee-qued volleyballs the hot-dogs were quite genuine and the deserts nearly endless. :-}
Some participants were unused to the fame that comes from being a world-class athlete and consequently avoided the press. But, we know the fans will remain loyal. :-}
Post-game events involved Ping-Pong, finger painting, and sculpting. Somewhat unusual activities for this kind of sport but this isn't your usual group of athletes. This is Curly Smile signing off. :-}
That about wraps it up folks. Hope you enjoyed our program. And remember this broadcast was made possible by a cool youth group like you and Super Cola! We keep on fizzing away!
