The Module is designed to train the participant to work with the keyboard.

Module introduces the participant to the basic hardware components, Input
-Output devices, peripherals and their functions. It also Highlights
Latest Technologies for
Purchasing a new PC and the
Preventive Maintenance to keep
the computer in a good condition.
MS-WINDOWS'98 : It
is used Graphical User
Interface (GUI). Crash knowledge on the
accessories of MS-windows'98 like use of
CD's. Word processor,
Print Manager, Desktop
application is imparted for efficient use of the package.
At the end of this module the student becomes familiar with the GUI
based environment
and shall be able to operate any Windows'98
based applications
in a more effective manner.
MS-WORD :
Word processors are now widely used instead of normal Typewriters. This

word-processor using Windows'98 based MS-WORD. This Module enables you to
use the power of a
word-processor to carryout your
daily routine,

mailers, letters, memos,
agendas and faxes.
MS-EXCEL : Spreadsheet
packages are widely used for business,
financial, and statistical analysis. this modules deals with
interactive MS-Excel under
Windows'98. Preparing of
Financial Reports and
Graphs, Typing of Quotation and
Invoices are also covered. Various commands
on the tool-bar and Menu-bar are taught in details for a better
understanding of this package.

This module trains you to use MS-PowerPoint
for Presentation of Facts
and Figures. You can Plan, Design
and Create Presentations
