Supt. Tom Chandler
KILLED ON OCTOBER 16TH 2002
Supt. Tom Chandler, after being reported to CIB by Meadows and Webb,
had a nervous breakdown and rushed down to custody and asked for the gun that had been brought in after a shooting in Sun
Hill. DCI Jack Meadows and DC Mickey Webb had uncovered that Tom Chandler had raped a girl called Louise Marsden at Hendon
Training. He married Debbie McAllister the day before and on their wedding night, he raped Debbie. The DCI phoned Chandler
to tell that CIB were on their way, with a statement from Chandler's brother who saw te rape. He took his wife, Debbie, hostage
in his office with the gun and was about to shoot their unborn child when DCI Jack Meadows rushed in, and he was taken hostage
too. Supt. Chandler's dying words were: "Do you think there's a hell Jack? And do you think we'll burn in it? DCI Meadows
rushed towards Chandler, along with Debbie and Chandler turned the gun on himself. The gunshot alerted officers and PC Cass
Rickman, FDO Cryer and DC Webb ran to the office, PC Rickman being the first in, and she looked in horror at the remains of
Supt. Chandler's body. Jack and Debbie exited the room unharmed, but Debbie in dangerously early labour.

PC Cass Rickman
KILLED ON DECEMBER 12TH 2003
PC Cass Rickman, went to meet her ex boyfriend, Simon
Kitson in a Sun Hill pub, but he didn't turn up. She was busy walking down a street, learning the lines for the "Cop Idol"
song when a car alarm attracted her attention. She walked down an alley towards a familiar red car. Suddenly she was grabbed
from behind and abducted. Her hair was cut off and she was tied up in a warehouse near the Thames. All the officers back at
Sun Hill were worried sick and when PC Nick Klein was on patrol near the Thames, he saw a body on some metal stairways to
the river. It was Cass Rickman's. PC Klein ran to the body and covered it with his police jacket. He hugged Cass' body close
to his own. The news broke back at Sun Hill, PC Young and FDO Cryer both cried hysterically, Insp. Gold sobbed quietly
and PC Taviner just looked distantly. Cass Rickman's death was one of the most shocking of all - she was murdered by Sun Hill's
Serial Killer. Personally, this was the most tragic death of them all.
After a few weeks, Simon Kitson was arrested for Cass' murder and after PC
Klein spoke to him, he commited suicide in custody at Sun Hill. It was only after this, and after A/DI Sam Nixon was kidnapped,
that it was revealed that the Sun Hill serial killer was actually Pat Kitson, Simon's sister. She had killed the women because
they had got close to Simon and she saw this a threat. She was secretly in love with her brother and she killed Cass because
she was too close to Simon. She was arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Sgt.
Matthew Boyden
KILLED ON MAY 1ST 2003
Sgt. Matthew Boyden was called to a suspect package in a market
high street in Sun Hill. It had to be him because he was the duty sergeant and only duty sergeants can attend calls to suspect
packages. Meanwhile, ADI Samantha Nixon was trying to call him to get him out of danger. Sgt Boyden had witnessed a murder
a few months ago, and the other witness had been found dead in a layby in Kent and Nixon wanted Boyden off the streets. Boyden,
when connected, just ignored Nixon and ended the call.
As Boyden reached the phone box where the suspect package had been left, he heard a noise.
It was a car, approaching at speed. Suddenly, the driver pulled out a gun and started to shoot. The first shot smashed a car
window and ricocheted off a wall, and hit an IC3 male. The gunman fired another four times, one of the bullets hitting Boyden.
He collapsed, his phone still ringing...
Boyden's death was the first case for the programme, 'M.I.T' (Murder Investigation Team)
and it was discovered that it was Amy Boyden (Matthew's crack-addict daughter) had arranged for Matthew Boyden to be killed
for his insurance money. She knew that only a sergeant would be called to a suspect package call, and she arranged for her
boyfriend, Dexter, to shoot Boyden. Boyden was the intended target, the IC3 Male was just unlucky.

DC
Juliet Becker
KILLED ON OCTOBER 30TH 2003
|
TVQuick documented who would be killed... |
The
Bill's first ever Live Episode was held on October 30th 2003 and this episode saw the death of yet another Sun Hill officer
- this time, DC Juliet Becker. Having arrested an intoxicated IC1 Male for Criminal Damage to a BT Phone box with PC
Cathy Bradford, he was brought to Sun Hill station for questioning. (I personally missed this episode due to
my VCR playing up so I missed how the drunk held DC Becker hostage) a The drunk grabbed a knife that he'd
concealed in his shoes and held it to DC Becker's throat. The episode started with the man holding DC Becker hostage in the
Yard of Sun Hill and PC Bradford was trying to talk him out of it. He backed his way towards one of the empty police vans
and ordered PC Bradford to allow him to go inside. Once he had done this, PC Bradford ran into the Custody Suite and smacked
the Panic Button and screamed for urgent assistance. All available officers were called to the Yard and on the count of three,
PC Klein smashed the window with his ASP and other officers forced open the van. They got hold of the drunk
and hadn't noticed what had happened until they forced the drunks hands up for handcuffing and the police officers noticed
they were covered in blood. DC Becker had been stabbed.
As the available officers radioed for an ambulance
and kept the wounded DC Becker company, she quickly lost blood but was still conscious. The ambulance was held up due to a
traffic jam and when they finally arrived at Sun Hill Police Station, DC Becker had already lost a lot of blood. She remained
conscious in the ambulance and even joked with Sgt. Murphy but she couldn't fight on. She was brought into St. Hugh's
Hospital and died at exactly 20.49 (GMT).
