Boracay is just 15 minutes from the Caticlan airport by large canoe and a $40, fifty minute flight from Manila on Asian Spirit. If you don't hate ships(me!), the WG&A Superferry has suites that are nicer than some 4 star hotels (private bar, varanda, videos, and ref.) for half the price of the plane. You leave Manila at 2 PM and arrive here for breakfast(3 restaurants, Karioke lounge, starlight promenade).
