Hello, and welcome to my Mayfield Four page. I created this page back in '99 or so, and really haven't updated it much since then - sorry. Have a look around, drool over the pictures...and don't swipe anything without asking first.

MAYFIELD FOUR Mayfield Four is an awesome band out of Spokane, WA. The three, now minus Craig, all grew up together, going to the same schools and doing their own things after graduating in the mid 80's. Be sure to call your local stations and continue to request their music. It's never too late to get people interested! You should be able to get their CDs off of a variety of websites (amazon, ebay, half.com) so what are you waiting for? GO BUY THEIR MUSIC!
I think the bands' own bio put it best: The threesome Four are a
versatile and dynamic powerhouse musically, moving from dark and graceful moments to muscular sphincter-tightening bowelic movements.
In a nutshell, "This band Rocks!"
Since The Mayfield Four is no longer together (horrible, I know), you can support Myles' new band, Alter Bridge, by buying their CDs and spreading the love.
Me with Marty at Bumbershoot, and then a couple years later in L.A. on the Everclear tour.
I am not taller than him, promise. I love these pictures - lots of good memories!
Because of you, in gardens of blossoming flowers I ache from the perfumes of spring.
I have forgotten your face, I no longer remember your hands;
how did your lips feel on mine?
Because of you, I love the white statues drowsing in the parks,
the white statues that have neither voice nor sight.
I have forgotten your voice, your happy voice; I have forgotten
your eyes.
Like a flower to its perfume, I am bound to my vague memory of
you. I live with pain that is like a wound; if you touch me, you will
do me irreperable harm.
Your caresses enfold me, like climbing vines on melancholy walls.
I have forgotten your love, yet I seem to glimpse you in every window.
Because of you, the heady perfumes of summer pain me; because
of you, I again seek out the signs that precipitate desires: shooting
stars, falling objects.
