FACILITIES AND INFORMATION

Cherokee Campground is set in a natural (rustic/woods) environment providing a "camping" atmosphere for large, modern motor homes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers.

Recent changes such as cutting trees, clearing underbrush, additional street lights, and rebuilding the bath house, laundry, and recreation room (after a major fire) has invited many positive comments from our guests.

NO MOTORIZED VEHICLE: GOLF CART, MOTORCYCLE, 4-WHEELER, ETC. - FOR ANY REASON - ALLOWED AROUND THE LAKE, EXCEPT FOR OFFICE PERSONNEL.

Anyone discovered around the lake with a vehicle will be dismissed from the campground immediately, WITH NO REFUND. No questions asked.

WE OFFER A SPECIAL RATE FOR OUR HONORABLE DISCHARGED AND ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY.

$15.54 PER NIGHT BASED ON TWO (2) ADULTS PER UNIT.

By law, we must collect a lodging tax for 6 months (180 days). After 6 months (180 days), we do not collect the lodging tax. Therefore, the rates listed above reflects the rate both with and without the lodging tax.
