Biography

Joshua Scott Chasez was born in Washington, DC and was the first child for Roy and Karen Chasez. They later moved to Bowie, Maryland, where he grew up, and excelled in football and baseball at school. Soon, though, he found his passion for music and singing. When he was 15, a friend suggested he try out for The New Mickey Mouse Club. He was there for four years where he met his future bandmate, Justin Timberlake who was 12 when he joined. On MMC he became well-known for his role as Clarence "Wipeout" Adams in Emerald Cove, a "show within a show" that started in the fifth season of MMC as ten minute segments in the second half of the show on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
