This is an outdoor mall that we walked through to get to and from the downtown area of Tijuana....
many of the employees stand outside and encourge you to come into the store and look at the merchandise

It can take you a good hour or two (or longer) to get across....
most people just park their cars on the US side and walk over to the Tijuana side then walk back to the US side

and the bus is finally allowed to cross into the US....
