I have experienced one side of the spectrum
when it comes to an eating disorder. After my cancer
when the chemo effects dissapated and my taste buds
came back, I over ate. I did this without realizing
what I was doing, it felt so good to be able to eat again.
There are other people that I know that are on the opposite side
They are afraid to become fat so they don't eat as healthy as they should.
Eating disorders can be a result from many things, but knowing you have one
is the first step in handling it and getting back in control of your food.
