These are monster replacements. Just put them in your C:\Sierra\Halflife\valve\models folder, and start the game to see the monsters altered.

This is the ultimate Barney Model. He holds a twelve gauge shotgun. Hehehe. Sure the damage is the same, uless you code, and he holds it kinda weird, it's a shotgun.

This is a pretty good model, it is a snow grunt, really good. They have the the Browning 303 from they hunger, and it looks sweet.
