Granola
4 cups rolled oats, uncooked
4 oz. shredded coconut
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz. dried diced fruit
Brown sugar and non-fat dry milk can be added

In a large bowl mix first 6 ingredients.
Stir in next 3 ingredients. Mix
thoroughly. Divide into two 9x13 pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Stir occasionally.

Stir in fruit. Cool. Stir until crumbly
and store in refrigerator.
