Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
12 oz. uncooked fettuccine or
16 oz. spaghetti
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Prepare fettuccine according to package directions.
Cook broccoli until tender. In skillet over medium,
melt butter. Brown chicken, stirring often. Add
soup, milk, cheese, pepper, broccoli, and fettuccine.
Cook through, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
