Chicken Divan
1 lb. chicken breast filets
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
3/4 cup water
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli or
asparagus spears, thawed
1 chicken boullion cube
1 1/2 cups dry Minute Rice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Cube chicken and sauté in butter in
a large skillet, until browned. Add milk,
water and boullion cube. Bring to a full
boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Cover
and remove from heat. Let stand 5
minutes.Stir in mayonnaise and cheese.
Serve immediately.
