French Lemon Bars
Crust:
3/4 cup cold butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup sifted flour

Cream butter and sugar. Cut
in flour. Press into a 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees, 15-20 min.

Filling:
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Beat eggs. Add sugar, flour and
lemon juice. Pour over hot crust
and bake at 350 degrees, 20 min.
Cool. Dust with powdered sugar
and cut in bars.
Refrigerate.
