Pasta Shells Florentine
10 oz. package frozen, chopped
broccoli, thawed and squeezed
2 cups Mozzarella cheese,
shredded and divided
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg white
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
13 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon sugar

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix broccoli,
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese,
egg, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg. Fill
each shell. Place in greased 8x12 inch
baking dish. Mix together sauce, mush-
rooms, and sugar. Spoon over shells.
Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Cover with
foil and bake 30-40 minutes or until
