Creamy Pecan Pie
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sour cream

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs,
syrup, salt and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in pecans and sour cream. Pour
into one 9 inch pie crust. Garnish
with whole pecans. Bake at 375 for
45 minutes. Serve cold.
