Mom's Cheese Cake
Put through ricer: 1 lb. dry cottage cheese 8 oz. creamed cheese 6 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons sweet cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Beat eggs. Add sugar, corn starch,
milk, cream and cheese. Beat for
20 minutes. Add vanilla and lemon
juice. Pour into crust.

Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix and press into a 9x13x2 inch
pan. Pour in cheese cake batter.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
