Rhubarb Upside Down Cake
Fill pie plate with 1 inch pieces of rhubarb.

Mix together: 2 1/3 cups Bisquick
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup milk

Press onto rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees
or until rhubarb is soft and bubbly.
Turn onto plate at once. Pour on 1-1 1/2
cups sugar. Sprinkle on 1-2 teaspoons
cinnamon. Dot with butter and let
cool.
