Fill and Grill Sizzlers
Smoked sausage, bratwurst, keilbasa, etc.
Sauerkraut
Shredded Brick cheese

Cut sausage into 4-6 inch lengths.
Split lengthwise 3/4 the way through.
Fill with sauerkraut. Bake at 400
degrees, 20-30 minutes. Top with
cheese and bake until melted.
Serve on buns.
