Garlic Potatoes
2 lbs. small red potatoes, cut
in 2 inch chunks
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cut chives

In a 2 1/2 quart casserole, combine
potatoes, garlic, oil and salt. Cook
in microwave for 14-18 minutes,
covered, stirring twice. Let stand
five minutes. Sprinkle with chives
and serve.
