Tator-Tot Cheese Casserole
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups white cheddar cheese
2 cups yellow cheddar cheese
1 cup diced ham
half bag of tator-tots

Whisk milk and eggs; add salt and pepper to
season. Mix in 1 cup of each cheese. Pour into
a buttered 9X9 casserole dish. Add tator-tots
and any vegetable you want. Sprinkle with
rest of cheese. Bake in a preheated 350º oven
for 45 minutes.
